Identifying Discontinuities

This is from the assignment on how to identify discontinuities. We were supposed to find out if the functions were continuous or not and if it wasn't continuous to find out the value (s) at which any discontinuity occurred. If you will ignore this mess and take a look at question 1 d) I will explain how I solved it. First I found the number that would give me trouble and it was x=5. So I used direct substitution with 5 and found it yielded 0/0 which is indeterminent. In this case I factored the top so it was (x+5)(x-5)/(x-5) and was able to cross out both (x-5). By doing that it means there is a removable discontinuity at x=5. (ignore where I wrote a hole at (5,10)
